HANDS-ON LEARNING. HUMAN CONNECTION.

LET’S START AT THE BEGINNING

Feet are the starting point.
The person is the focus.

Reflexology is a hands-on practice commonly associated with the feet and traditional reflex maps. Ruth’s course is being developed to introduce the foundations while keeping communication and individual experience in view.

Alongside learning what to do with your hands, you’ll explore how to prepare a session, invite feedback, and notice the difference between an observation and an assumption.
