01 / A considered beginning

You bring
the possibility.

We’re building the path from “I could see myself doing this” to a clear, considered plan for your own practice.

A good beginning takes more than enthusiasm. It takes skills you can practice, decisions you can explain, and a business that makes sense for your life. The forthcoming course brings those pieces into one learning journey.

03 / Your work. Your way forward.

A small beginning
can be a
serious business.

You don’t have to picture a full spa to picture your future. Begin with one clearly defined service, a suitable setting, and a plan you can work through.

The business section explores pop-ups, mobile visits, shared rooms, and dedicated spaces—with practical questions to help you compare them.

Research training, local requirements, insurance, and permissions for your service.

  5. 05
    Plan your first introduction.

The planned teaching rhythm

01 / See

Understand the whole session.

Short explanations and planned demonstrations connect the details to the experience you are learning to create.

02 / Practice

Pause. Try. Notice.

Work through focused exercises and workbook prompts. Pay attention to comfort, communication, and the choices you make.

03 / Reflect

Build evidence of your learning.

Practice notes, session plans, and the proposed assessment portfolio are designed to make progress visible. Readiness goes beyond finishing a video.

05 / Meet your guide

A practice shaped
by paying attention.

Ruth begins with the person, the room, and the small details that make a session feel considered.

In her course conversations, she talks about checking comfort, listening to preferences, and closing a session with intention. She also shares the practical side of building a business: small spaces, pop-ups, online booking, and word of mouth.

That combination of personal attention and everyday practicality is the foundation of the course being developed.

For the part of you

The forthcoming book explores touch, attention, experience, and the questions reflexology invites. Thirteen planned chapters offer a different way into the subject: reflective, readable, and curious.

A few good questions

Before you
begin.

Could this be the start of my own business?

That is one of the goals of the course being developed: connect practical skills with a workable plan for offering a service. Your next steps depend on demonstrated readiness, local requirements, costs, and the business you want to build. The business pathway helps you examine those decisions.

Do I need experience already?

The planned foundation begins with whole-session observation, consent, safety, and basic orientation before core technique. It is designed with curious beginners and career changers in mind. Final entry requirements will be published before enrollment opens.

Will completing the course qualify me to practice?

Course completion does not automatically grant a professional license or permission to offer paid services. Requirements depend on your location and the actual work you intend to offer. The curriculum includes researching these requirements, and final certificate details are still being developed.

When can I enroll, and what will it cost?

Enrollment, price, and launch timing have not been announced. The course and book are coming soon. You can explore the curriculum, try the learning preview, and work through the business planning guide now.

There is room for a new chapter.

What could you
make of this?
