There are no signup forms or advertising trackers on this website. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions. Course purchases use external Stripe checkout; payment details are handled by Stripe, not collected by this website. The fit guide, learning exercise, calculator, and worksheet run in your browser. Entries are not transmitted to us or saved automatically. If you print or save a PDF, the copy is controlled by your browser and device.

Analytics cookies help distinguish visits. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. We do not send worksheet answers, calculator amounts, names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details. URL query strings and fragments are removed from events we send. Private school, course-review and Admin pages are excluded.

Hosting and external links

Links to Ruth’s existing practice, business-research resources, or other websites take you to services with their own policies. Using the telephone link opens your device’s calling application.
Course and book status
Course checkout is available for $297 USD. Ruth arranges access after payment verification. The book is forthcoming, and course production and draft materials may continue to evolve. Confirm access timing, access duration, support, assessments and refund arrangements with Ruth before purchasing. No professional accreditation, license, income, or health outcome is promised.
Artwork and teaching examples
The portrait of Ruth is from her public Salt Room SOMD Facebook profile. Session and storefront photography comes from saltroomsomd.com, used with the site owner’s authorization. The imagined room image is an AI-generated editorial illustration, not Ruth’s actual premises. Real practice photographs are not student testimonials or filmed course lessons. The logo artwork was supplied by the site owner. The book cover is a concept. The sample scenario and planning numbers are illustrative; they are not client stories or business results.
Design directions
The four alternative presentation directions are provided for exploration. They connect to the same course information and do not represent separate courses. Alternative homepages are excluded from search indexing so the main site remains the primary destination.
